What do Gorillaz, messiah Studio and Lightwave 3D have in common?

pmG’s messiah Studio viral marketing has triggered a hunt for short animations created with the software. Imagine my surprise when I found out that some of the animations I had enjoyed a few years back were created with messiah Studio  and Lightwave 3D animation software.

Newtek Europe did an interview a few years back with Antoine Moulineau the supervisor for Gorillaz’s Feel Good, Inc. video.

This interview is almost 6 years old, wow.. just imagine what you can do with both 3d animation software packages in their current versions. Needless to say I think quite a lot of people are excited about this opportunity to own a copy of the software for a very low price.

Also, during my search I came across the animatic of the video. Animatics are always interesting to watch specially when you have an interest in the artist, the video and the 3d animation software packages used to create the product.
